1. Drink lots and lots of water

Drinking water is a good way to fill up and resist mindless snacking, it also helps keep you hydrated so you can be at 100% for your next work out. Try to drink a glass of water before each meal, this will help you control your eating and will lead to you cutting down on calories and loosing weight.

2. Avoid processed foods and go organic

If it's processed, chances are its bad for you. Processed foods are chalk full of fake sugars and simple carbs, basically everything you want to avoid if your trying to lose weight. For a filling healthy snack try an apple, they're full of natural sugar that will satisfy your sweet tooth and fiber that will fill help you feel full.
