I haven't really remained faithful to my regiment these past few days. I've been sneaking in a few unhealthy snacks and lifting less and less weights. I think it's especially hard to find the motivation to work out when you have such a long routine because you know for the next two hours you'll have to be 100% motivated and concentrated on what you're doing. You're either all in or you're not.
What im getting at is, don't do your whole work out all at once. Try to split it up. If you want you can do cardio in the morning and weights at night or vice versa. Do whatever works for you, but DO NOT try to do your workout all at once if you've had trouble finishing it. This is because you'll always find an excuse to stop short or forgo the workout entirely, cheating yourself from the results you want.

Well i just got done working out, and its about 2 am here....i am a procrastinator.... sue me;) but on the bright side it was a really good workout. I did shoulders, biceps, and trics, then to top it all off i threw on some ab workouts, no fun=P but its worth it to get abs, no doubt;) I've been focusing on higher reps on bench to tone my chest a tad more, but Ive definitely noticed a decrease in strength cause of it:/
Anyway, heres a few things i incorperated into my workout today.
When benching i warmed up and then started with what i could do 10 times with no help. Then i decreased the weight each set so i could still hit my goal of 10 reps. Alot of people like to start at a low weight, and increase it each set. I've found its more effective to start with as much weight as you can (mind you while still hitting my desired rep count) It adds more bulk to your chest because you're using 100% of your muscle.
instead of just doing crunches or sit ups i did more full body ab exercises, to get abs you really have to incorporate all your stomach muscles. With this in mind i did bicycles, throw downs, scissors and leg ups. and it must be working cause my abs are killing me=P
Well time to get some rest and recover,
Thanks!

The Truth About Abs
Hey! Well its the day before the Superbowl and i am super excited! im hoping the pats win;) but hey I'll live either way:) Seeing as most Americans (including my self) use the Superbowl as an excuse too gorge themselves, I've decided to write down a few tips to help you control your eating, well to some degree that is;)
Eats lot of Meat
Instead of snacking on chips or cookies try to down a few hot dogs or broughts. Meat has lots of proteins that's good for fat burning and muscle building. Plus meat is always a better choice then processed food that's gonna go straight to fat
Drink lots of liquid
Try to drink lots of liquid during the game, whether it be water, beer, or soda, chances are its gonna be better for you then half the foods that are there.
Well good luck to you all! try to stay strong and not go to crazy on the food. Check out the link below for more useful tips :)
